Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Major in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Head of marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate marketing plan for Building materials, FF&E product for Hotel Hospital, Commercial Building.
∎ Preparing Yearly Sales Budget with Action Plan towards implementation of the target.
∎ Responsible for Marketing, sales, distributions and Collections as per company policy.
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities in regular basis.
∎ To expand the business by creating new customer & maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Observe competitors' activities and take necessary strategies accordingly.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority.
∎ Work with key decision makers for new or emerging product/services opportunities.
∎ Brainstorming with business development team to create business growth and new project strategies.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events with market research to identifying and mapping business opportunities, strengths and customer needs.
∎ Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines.
∎ Possess a strong understanding of company's products, competition in the industry and positioning
∎ To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfill business objectives.
∎ Capable for drafting legal documents.
∎ To manage and deliver the relevant budgets and produce financial reports
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities in regular basis.
∎ To provide strategic marketing and sales guidance
∎ To manage and deliver the relevant budgets and produce financial reports
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports to in charge and top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having professional degree will be highly welcomed.
∎ Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate in related fields/job.
∎ Skills Required: Sales Management & Marketing.
∎ Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic, hardworking & target oriented with positive thinking & approach.
∎ Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
∎ Proper knowledge in documentation.
∎ May have to travel widely across the country.
∎ Ability to work with various national and international team members and flexibility to adapt to different work conditions.
∎ Excellent command of oral and written Bengali / English must and Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Top Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research, Sales
∎ Applicant must have fluency in English both of written & spoken.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
