KWS Technology is an AI-first software and automation studio. We design and build AI agents, web & mobile apps, CRM systems, automation workflows, and blockchain solutions for businesses in Australia, Malaysia, the UK, and globally — across sectors like clinics, med-spas, gyms, hospitals, and property management.

We're growing and we need a Tech Sales Executive who understands technology, can talk to business owners confidently, and knows how to convert conversations into contracts.


What You'll Do

→ Identify and research B2B prospects across our target sectors
→ Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DM
→ Translate KWS's technical services into simple, compelling pitches for non-technical buyers
→ Present proposals, pitch decks, and one-pagers to potential clients
→ Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
→ Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline (CRM/sheet)
→ Collaborate directly with the CEO/COO on deal strategy and pricing
→ Hit monthly targets — leads generated, proposals sent, deals closed


What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in tech sales, IT sales, or software solution selling
• Solid understanding of tech services — AI, web/mobile apps, automation, CRM, SaaS
• Proven track record of closing deals or hitting sales targets
• Excellent English — written and spoken (client-facing role)
• Knows how to craft a cold message that actually gets a reply
• Comfortable with video calls, demos, and proposal presentations
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Background from an IT company, SaaS company, or digital agency preferred
• Bonus: Has sold to international clients (Malaysia, UK, Middle East, or SEA markets)
