Job Context:

∎ BREAD & Beyond, a sister concern of food edge limited is looking for some smart, energetic, sincere, punctual, experience people to take care our outlet operation in different part of Dhaka city. Those who are already working in Food & Bakery industry or looking for building up their career in Food & Bakery industry will be considered with top priority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the skill of preparing the best Coffee in town. Having the skill of Coffee design like Heart shape, Leaf etc. added extra advantage.
∎ Coffee Name: Americano, Cappucino, Latte, Espresso, Café Mocca etc. Those who have this coffee making skills will get extra attention.
∎ Having cake writing skill and working on a bakery shop will also added advantage of getting this job.
∎ Ensure best customer service to maintain the brand standard. Prepare, decorate & service the foods and drinks for the customers to meet their expectations.
∎ Maintain health, safety & security Law for the safety of the customers as well as all other employees.
∎ Work in the shift in a proper and hygienic way to maintain the food safety law.
∎ Counselling with the customers thirsty for information, queries and application to promote and marketing brand value.
∎ Reporting to the Outlet Manager to ensure all assigned tasks have been done properly. Outlet manager will decide which shift you will work in the Outlet.
∎ Roaster basis time (Morning Shift from 7.00am to 3.00pm and Evening Shift from 3.00pm to 11.00pm) schedule is applicable.
∎ Salary Range: 8000tk-10000tk (Based on experience on food and bakery industry).
∎ Additional 60tk Lunch bill will be provided for each working day.
∎ Candidate must have the mentality to work any outlet in Dhaka city.
∎ Workplace: Gulshan, Pantapath, Bashundhara, Agargaon, Kalabagan, Banani and Dhanmondi.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
∎ Basic English proficiency preferred.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Range: BDT 8,000 - 10,000 (Based on experience on food and bakery industry).
Additional 60tk Lunch bill will be provided for each working day.
