Job Context:
∎ We are one of the leading real estate development company of Bangladesh and our product portfolio comprises of apartments, commercial space, shop units in shopping malls in mid to high end high rise residential and commercial projects in Chittagong and Dhaka. We have launched some high end multi tower condominium projects in Chittagong with international standard life style. We are currently looking for experienced professional in the position of Team Leader- Sales. If you are willing to take new challenges with confidence, have the talent and ambition to pursue a successful career progression through working with a well experienced sales team of a brand company,willing to work for extra hours in moving around to hunt for client base, then you are the person we are looking for.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work out sales strategies for yourself as well as for the members of your sales team.
∎ Manage day to day activities of sales personnel of your team.
∎ Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets by successfully leading the sales team.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through rapport with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Update own self and the team in respect of product knowledge, features and amenities of company projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hardworking, proactive, dynamic and target oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and strong business sense.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Candidates from other industry having exceptional and proven track record as a sales professional can also apply.
∎ Academic background of English medium schooling would be a plus.
Salary: Negotiable
