Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: Initially 01(one) year. May be extended
∎ Project Area. (Dhaka/ Khulna Division) With frequent field visit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementing resettlement program.
∎ Leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams engaged in resettlement & socio-economic development activities for the affected people.
∎ Multidisciplinary action research/ survey.
∎ He/she should have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Land Administration System and Land Acquisition Laws- specifically the property valuation process.
∎ He/she should have thorough knowledge of process & functionaries involved in land acquisition and implementation of resettlement plan
∎ He/she should have thorough knowledge about law of inheritance.
∎ He/she should have excellent report writing capability.
∎ He/she should have ability to demonstrate personal integrity and create a transparent and accountable work environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years' Service experience.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in resettlement field
∎ Additional degree/ Diploma holders will have competition advantage
∎ A good command in both spoken and written in English & Bengali.
∎ Good command in computer literacy.
∎ Resourceful with excellent trouble shooting & problem solving skill.
∎ Strong leadership ability with excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Working on under pressure in any time.
∎ Positive mind set of working under minimum supervision & strong sense of responsibility

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Near about six digits
