Job Context:
∎ OKUP, in collaboration with HELVETAS, are looking for a Team Leader with strong knowledge and experience on the reintegration of migrant workers to ensure high quality project implementation under the lead of OKUP. The project`s objective is to provide economic reintegration of 3000 returnee migrant workers. The position is subject to winning a competitive bid.
∎ 18 months contract with attractive compensation and benefits depending on related experiences and capacity of the selected candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic programmatic advice and steering of the project following the project proposal, intervention logic and approaches and logframe;
∎ Ensure thematically and technically sound implementation of the different intervention lines of the project.
∎ Support the Team leader (based at OKUP) on efficient and effective planning, implementation, monitoring of project activities, quality reporting, analysis, and knowledge management;
∎ Building up good relations with implementing partners and stakeholders of the project;
∎ Facilitate knowledge sharing for learning in the project with the relevant stakeholders;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience of implementing projects on skills and enterprise development for migrant workers at international/national levels;
∎ At least 3 years of experience of implementing migration projects especially provision of economic reintegration services at international/ national levels; and
∎ At least 3 years of experience in working with local government and district administration in the field of labour migration.
