∎ We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Team Lead for our Software Development team who has a proven track record in ML, AI-based Fintech Data Analytics, and Agile Development. The ideal candidate will drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions and lead a team of talented developers to deliver top-tier products that meet our client`s unique needs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage a team of software developers to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions in the areas of ML, AI-based Fintech Data Analytics, and other emerging technologies
∎ Develop a deep understanding of our client's requirements to ensure that our software solutions meet their needs and expectations
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to define project requirements, set priorities, and ensure timely and effective delivery of software solutions
∎ Implement Agile development methodologies and promote best practices to foster efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement
∎ Conduct regular code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software development
∎ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of learning and growth
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development, AI, and Fintech Data Analytics, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our products and processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in software development, with a focus on AI-based Fintech Data Analytics, and Agile methodologies
∎ Proven experience in leading and managing a software development team
∎ Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) and frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
∎ Demonstrated experience in executing Agile development methodologies and managing software development projects through the entire project lifecycle
∎ Familiarity with AI and ChatGPT applications, specifically in the Fintech domain, and experience integrating data analytics tools and platforms
∎ Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
∎ Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
∎ A passion for staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
