Job Context:
∎ We are the best ISP and fast-growing ICT company and are actively looking for an experienced Head of sales for Leading the sales team.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge of the telecommunications and internet services industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
∎ Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior IT professionals in the industry.
∎ Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for technology products or services, including identifying new business opportunities and building customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and introduce marketing strategies to assess emerging or existing market opportunities.
∎ Will be responsible to ensure the significant business growth of the company through generating new business ideas and tactics in a very professional & result oriented way.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development and promotion of the company.
∎ Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
∎ Direct and control the company's sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
∎ Coordinate with management to develop a sales plan, budget, and strategy.
∎ Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Build a positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
∎ Motivate and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Develop creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals.
∎ Analyze the competitor's market data and develop the strategy to attain competitive advantage.
∎ Generating ideas to secure new customers and enhance existing sales.
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience at ISP/ IT Industry with 5 years in Managerial level.
∎ Passionately committed to customer-oriented thinking.
∎ Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
