Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee Acquisition Team to:
∎ - Ensure acquisition of quality merchants
∎ - Oversee lead collection, lead management and merchant pitching as per specific merchant categories
∎ - Ensure proper merchant onboarding and training of new merchants
∎ - Habituate them to accept payment through bKash
∎ Oversee Servicing Team to:
∎ - Ensure proper servicing of merchants by overseeing merchant issue and complaint resolution
∎ - Cater to generic and unique merchant requests to retain merchants within the bKash ecosystem
∎ - Drive Payment Count & Amount through customized offerings and campaigns for each merchant category
∎ - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate visibility
∎ - Promoting Merchant Value Added Services that will expand their revenue stream
∎ Maintain a pool of Field Forces (MAO/MMO/MDO) and ensure they are paying routine visits to merchants with diligence and communicating properly as per their role
∎ Take up the responsibility of Business viability for each of its assigned territories, irrespective of the operation being under Distribution or Own Team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree in any discipline (BBA is preferred).
∎ Job Experience:
∎ Candidates with at least 5 years of Experience and 2 years in Leadership Role
∎ Candidates from TELCO/MFS/Bank/Financial Institution will be given preference
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ Advance skill in MS office packages
∎ Data analysis skill
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial:
∎ Able to manage a team
∎ Agile in nature and ability to multitask
