Educational Requirements:
∎ At list SSC of any discipline. Candidates of higher qualifications will be given priority.
∎ Minimum two years' experience relating to the position.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to local culture and situation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support given to the individuals to grasp and conceive the purpose of the training
∎ Support for the woman to boost confidence and reliance to become self reliant
∎ Areation of a safe and defined framework to pursue the training and ensures the beneficiaries are receiving due benefit.
∎ Advice on issues related to training and ensures the proper expertise and practical application of training.
∎ Encouraging the women to be self reliant and ensures the training to be fruitful in their practical life
∎ Creating relationships and bonding with the participant and help to create a friendly manner to develop woman.
∎ Evaluate the performance of the participant hence encourage the participant.
∎ Frequent contact and interviews with the participant.
∎ Help the participant in enjoying the activities through engaging them different kinds of handicraft, quilt, beading work etc which eventually helps the beneficiary to dispel the trauma and bitter experience of their life.
∎ Report time to time to their team leader and maintain registered of the participant in their program.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
