Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Law, Legal Affairs

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing of land purchase & update of land documents.
∎ Drafting all kinds of Deed (legal) documents.
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S mutation, deed, via deed, portion of porcha).
∎ To monitor and finalize legal vetting for land purchase and conduct purchase deed registration, per-registration and post registration activities.
∎ To advise and provide legal opinion on regulatory and legal matters of the company.
∎ To represent as a company lawyer against case hearing day in court.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable laws necessary for the company.
∎ Any other works assigned by Management
∎ Any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Having experience to communication with land office, AC land Office, SRO
∎ Good liaison/communication skill with govt. & non-govt. personnel/officers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have working experience in Govt. land office or any land related office will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
