∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidate having any land related diploma course will treated as additional qualification.
∎ Skills Required: Land, Land Law, Land Survey

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, scrutiny various kinds of land related documents, verification of title & legal rights, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office.
∎ Provide opinion & support the company on various kinds of documents & activities in connection with land.
∎ Scrutiny different sorts of land related documents and deeds.
∎ To do mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
∎ To prepare opinion of land for development.
∎ Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement.
∎ Execute & supervise miscellaneous land related suits of the company.
∎ Time to time report to the Company Management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
∎ To prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed etc. in Bengali & English.
∎ All other land related works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Land, Land Law, Land Purchase, Land Survey.

Salary: Negotiable
