∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 Real time IP and transmission network monitoring of ISP/ITC/IGW/IPTSP/ICX and client support from NOC
∎ Receive complains and solve customers' problem over phone and mail and forward to responsible team if necessary
∎ Configure customer services and other TDM connectivity via transmission infrastructure of NovoTel, NovoCom, Intercloud and BanglaICX
∎ ITC backbone and upstream monitoring
∎ Regularly update outage records, BW utilization report, capacity allocation, customer database and various documentation and reports
∎ Working with CORE, TX support and Corporate support teams jointly to resolve client's issue
