Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE,ETE,ECE, CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 Real time IP and transmission network monitoring of ISP/ITC/IGW/IPTSP/ICX and client support from NOC.
∎ Receive complains and solve customers’ problem over phone and mail and forward to responsible team if necessary.
∎ Configure customer services and other TDM connectivity via transmission infrastructure of NovoTel, NovoCom, InterCloud and Bangla ICX.
∎ ITC backbone and upstream monitoring.
∎ Regularly update outage records, BW utilization report, capacity allocation, customer database and various documentation and reports.
∎ Working with CORE, TX Support and Corporate support teams jointly to resolve client’s issue.
∎ Conducting RNDs on different new solutions and PMA to provide improved client service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ 1-2 Years’ experience in ISP NOC (Transmission & Data).
∎ Vendor Certification: CCNA or other network assessment certification will be regarded as added advantage.
∎ Clear understanding of ISP/IIG/ITC/IGW/ICX/IPTSP and other telecommunication based service system.
