Desktop hardware, Printer servicing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In House Disassembly and Assembly, Driver install and Setting Tools apply of laptop, computer, printer, and projector and POS system.
∎ Provide advanced technical support for desktop, laptop, barcode printer, barcode scanner, POS system and projector both in house office and service at customer end.
∎ Ensure product delivery to customer end with proper setup, installation and warmly handover product to customer.
∎ Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, printer, projector and barcode scanner.
∎ Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
∎ Ability to train the end users.
∎ Knowledge of Basic Networking.
∎ Provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage reporting to line manager.
∎ Communicate and interact with customers, field service, sales, management, and administration in a way that is courteous, positive and professional.
∎ Offer technical support for activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Well disciplined and well mannered
∎ Experience in trouble shooting & support , Laptop, barcode printer, projector and barcode scanner will be given high preference.
