Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator/DevOps Engineer to join our team. The candidate must have a strong background in linux system administration, cloud infrastructure management, and automation tools. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. Detailed responsibilities are mentioned below.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer our cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployment.

• Database administration, migration, replication, reprocessing.

• Configure and manage containerization technologies like Docker.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.

• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend fine-tuning of existing systems and processes in line with resource & cost optimization.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends.
