Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and configure servers, peripherals and accounts assigning security levels as per approved security matrix.
∎ Provide technical support for software and hardware issues across functional activities and business processes that users may encounter.
∎ Set up, test and maintain new and existing server systems, applications and databases.
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate.
∎ Conduct preventative maintenance on ICT infrastructure and ICT equipment related repairs in liaison with service providers and supervisors.
∎ Administration of user accounts in the various systems like Active Directory, MS Exchange etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / System Administration or a closely related field from any government approved reputed university

Salary: Negotiable
