Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give outdoor service to the customer: Server installation, Computer setup, Printer networking, Networking issue & IT related service.
∎ Configure, install, maintain & troubleshoot Web Application, Web Server, FTP Server, PLEX Server on Linux & Microsoft environment.
∎ Monitoring Remote WHM Server & report to the vendor for smooth running of company business & eCommerce website.
∎ Maintain & troubleshoot IP PABX Server & add a new IP Phone on the network.
∎ Monitor performance, maintain & control total network by Mikrotik and cisco router.
∎ Configure, install, maintain & troubleshoot LAN/WAN Network.
∎ Monitoring, Configure, install, maintain & troubleshoot TV channel & Radio channel recording server.
∎ Monitoring, Configure, install, maintain & troubleshoot CCTV system and IP camera system
∎ Configure, install & maintain IT infrastructure, computers, Printers, UPS, Scanners, Switch Router, and Firewalls.
∎ Setup & install Operating System, Application Software, Antivirus software on Laptop & Desktop computers.
