Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's, or a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience, in relevant discipline; assessing and addressing climate risk and the implementation of economic empowerment strategies for vulnerable populations, micro-enterprise and value chain development to the benefit of vulnerable populations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7+ years' experience designing and implementing rural natural resource-based sustainable livelihoods programs, with communities living within the priority ecosystems.
∎ Experience understanding and improving the socio-economic circumstances of vulnerable populations living within the priority ecosystems.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
