A reputable private real estate company located in Mohammadpur is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of surveying tasks, including determining boundaries, producing reports, creating maps and models, and liaising with on-site personnel and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure distances, directions, and angles to accurately determine, locate, and define property boundaries and maintain the cadaster.

• Produce detailed reports for clients and management.

• Create maps, plans, models, and charts based on survey data.

• Conduct site surveys and related survey functions.

• Assist in the procurement of packages and necessary materials.

• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, clients, and other on-site personnel.

• Read and interpret CAD drawings effectively.

•Use advanced survey equipment such as GPS, Robotic Total Stations (Theodolites), aerial and terrestrial scanners, and specialized computer software.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Surveying from a recognized Institute.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Surveyor (P.S.).

• Tertiary qualification in Land Surveying or an equivalent field.

• Strong understanding and experience in providing survey functions for civil works.

• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant software programs.

• Proficient in the use of Trimble/Leica EDMs or similar surveying equipment.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with CAD software is essential.
