Job Responsibilities:
∎ School Security
∎ Supervise the whole security Team.
∎ Supervise Security guards employed on guarding school property against theft, preventing illegal entry in the school premises and checking materials going out of school premises against gate pass, report whether properly dressed and perform their duties properly. Reports irregularities and thefts immediately to Head of HR & Admin.
∎ Ensures proper running and maintenance of motor vehicles by the drivers.
∎ Keeps the vehicles documents and drivers' licenses always up-to-date and performs other tasks connected therewith.
∎ Ensure that all bus passengers receive Bus Card at the beginning of every Academic Session.
∎ Deals with the parents for any complain raised for bus service.
∎ Maintenance of School Premises
∎ Ensures that school premises are neat and clean.
∎ Maintains strict security for the students especially at the time of departure.
∎ Makes inspection rounds in the school premises to ensure that the premises are neat and clean and school properties are secured and have not been tampered with. Occasionally makes surprise checks at odd hours or at night from security point of view. Reports if any theft occurs.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all official documents and keep the file/documents in systematic way.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-3 years of Experience in similar field is required.
∎ Must have computer Skills(Ms word, excel,)
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills;
∎ Energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, resilience and self-discipline;
∎ Initiative, leadership and supervisory skills and team working abilities;
∎ Imagination, creativity and a sense of humor,
∎ Good judgment and an analytical mind,
∎ A satisfactory health record
