Fresh graduates are welcome Internship or academic project experience in web or IT support will be considered a plus.
Requirements:
- Who have sound knowledge of modern HTML/CSS• Have knowledge about Bootstrap
- Have sound knowledge in design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
- Can accurately analyze large amounts of data
- Have exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Display superior attention to detail• Have capability to work under pressure• Possess strong time management and organizational skills
- Are regular and punctual• Are flexible and willing to adapt to a dynamic environment and working hours
- Demonstrate solid written and verbal skills
- Understand basic SEO concepts
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous exposure to content management systems (CMS) a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
As a Website Maintenance Specialist, you will:
- Utilize the content management system to perform maintenance on product and website data
- Organize the website’s categories and filters to maintain a user-friendly structure
- Make regular updates to pages
- Use research and reporting tools to gather and analyze relevant data
- Work with the Content, Web Design, and Search Engine Optimisation departments to develop and maintain necessary content
- Promote a focus on continuous improvement across assigned sites
- Produce reports for management and clients.
- Perform routine checks, updates, and maintenance of web platforms
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of websites and web services
- Maintain documentation for issues, fixes, and support procedures
- Provide day-to-day system support as required.
