Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and manage infrastructure for Shared Hosting, VPS, RDP, DNS, Mail, Backup, and Database systems
● Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux & Windows servers
● Manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox, Virtualizor, SolusVM) ● Monitor and optimize server performance, uptime, and network health
● Troubleshoot and fix WordPress bugs and issues
● Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
● Communicate with customers via ticket system, chat, or email
