Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server.

• Experience with cPanel/WHM, Proxmox, Virtualizor, SolusVM.      

• Good knowledge of WHMCS and WHM.

• Basic understanding of web hosting, cPanel, DNS, email configuration, and SSL.

• Experience with WordPress bug fixing and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with monitoring, security tools, and backup automation.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Patient, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.

Experience Requirements

•  Hosting company or datacenter experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage infrastructure for Shared Hosting, VPS, RDP, DNS, Mail, Backup, and Database systems

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux & Windows servers

• Manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox, Virtualizor, SolusVM)

• Monitor and optimize server performance, uptime, and network health

• Troubleshoot and fix WordPress bugs and issues

• Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner

• Communicate with customers via ticket system, chat, or email
