Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide technical support for software applications and systems to clients and internal users
  • Analyze incident reports, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Log, track and manage support tickets using issue-tracking or helpdesk tools
  • Support web, mobile or enterprise applications
  • Escalate complex technical issues to development or infrastructure teams when required
  • Collaborate with developers, QA and system administrators to ensure effective issue resolution
  • Monitor system performance and ensure application stability and availability
  • Assist in software deployment, configuration and version upgrades
  • Maintain support documentation, FAQs and knowledge base articles
  • Provide user training, guidance and clear communication on system usage and best practices
  • Verify fixes and solutions before closure of incidents and service requests
  • Perform basic database queries and data validation to support issue investigation
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and support processes
  • Support UAT, production releases and post-deployment activities
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest system improvements to reduce support load
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients/third parties/vendors
  • Prepare support reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders
