Skills Required:

  • Age 25 to 35 years

Basic Knowledge in Networking Topology & Design, IP Subletting and Routing, Switching Troubleshoot preferred



Responsibilities & Context:

•        Communicate clients through series of actions either face to face or over phone to resolve issues.

•        Response to breakdowns and make expert level investigation of customer issues, identify their root cause, and correct when possible.

•        Recommend for repairing equipment and replacing parts if necessary.

•        Direct the technical staff (Technician).

•        Troubleshoot system and network problems at clients’ end and diagnose and solve faults related to Wireless structure.

•        Implement, monitor and maintain mikrotik router, proxy server, wireless devices, Security VPN and Fiber infrastructure with last mile Link3 devices.

•        Maintain and upgrade Optical Network Unit and Media Converter device.
