Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Communicate clients through series of actions either face to face or over phone to resolve issues.
- Response to breakdowns and make expert level investigation of customer issues, identify their root cause, and correct when possible.
- Recommend for repairing equipment and replacing parts if necessary.
- Direct the technical staff (Technician).
- Troubleshoot system and network problems at clients’ end and diagnose and solve faults related to Wireless structure.
- Implement, monitor and maintain mikrotik router, proxy server, wireless devices, Security VPN and Fiber infrastructure with last mile Link3 devices.
- Maintain and upgrade Optical Network Unit and Media Converter device.
