Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
∎ Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to procure safe and fresh vegetable and finished goods
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand
∎ Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules
∎ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements where necessary
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
∎ Manage relationships with all stakeholders, sales outlet, premium outlet, online market player, including suppliers, internal teams, and customers
∎ Maintain close communication with project teams to ensure the supply of fresh and safe vegetables, fruits and others goods related to the business
∎ Gather feedback from different stakeholder to continually improve supply chain activities.
∎ Build and maintain partnerships with vegetable and fruits wholesale market, exporter, premium shop, and others institutional client and consumers to enhance the business portfolio
∎ Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of the supply chain, materials, and participant records.

∎ Job Summary/ Context:
∎ The Supply Chain Officer will oversee the entire supply chain process from processing center to end customer, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations of fresh & safe vegetable sales outlets. The successful candidate will work closely with sales outlet, premium outlet, online market and stakeholders to plan and coordinate activities that will maximize productivity and minimize costs.
