Job Responsibilities:
∎ In collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator, planning, establishing and reviewing the supply activities including its budget, in order to identify and optimize the response to the needs of the mission and the targeted population.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the following supply activities: order processing, local pur-chase management, physical (warehousing) and administrative (management of movements) stock management, freight management, supply administration and implementation of standard supply tools (Unifield, etc.).
∎ Ensuring the availability of relevant management data to the owners of the stock and project (expired drugs, risk of shortages, stock reports, lead time, pipeline, etc.).
∎ Managing the supply team in collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator and the HRCo, participating in the planning and implementation of HR associated processes (recruitment, training, briefing/debriefing, evaluation, detection of poten-tial, development and communication) of the staff under his / her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required to correctly perform all supply activities.
∎ Participating in monthly reporting according to guidelines.

∎ In line with MSF’s protocols and standards, propose strategic adjustments when needed.
∎ Organize and ensure the standardization of order, procurement, transportation of goods and delivery management.
∎ Offer ongoing technical support to the supply teams as well as other departments (e.g. Medical, Logistics, Human Resources).
∎ Ensure efficient supply administration and provide adapted tools to support the various supply activities.
∎ In collaboration with the Supply Coordinator participate in defining or revising the mission supply chain strategy according to the context and the operational needs of the mission.
∎ Ensuring good communication process and satisfactory level within the mission and intersectional Supply level.
∎ Support a smooth running supply administration and the respect of the implemented supply procedures. Proposing adjustments where needed.
∎ Ensure the stability of supply activities within regular and emergency interventions.

∎ Experience in a similar capacity position in MSF or other INGO is an asset
Salary:
∎ Tk. 111840 (Monthly)
∎ The mentioned salary amount is before income tax deduction.
