∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Performing the tasks of servicing VRF-(GREE) & Chiller-(TIKA) Air Conditioners in the Factory, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and providing the security rules to provide a safe, smooth and efficient service.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the daily management of the property management team.
∎ Implement OEE- Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Oversee the maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and facilities in the mobile phone production process.
∎ Responsible for formulating the management and daily maintenance work plan of the park's Substation & 11KVA electricity, water supply and drainage, fire protection, Air compressor, Generator, elevator, air conditioning, and building decoration.
∎ Must know how to repair generators, VRF system Brand: Gree & Chiller Brand: TICA Air conditioners & electrical circuits, etc.
∎ Patrol and inspect the operation of public equipment and facilities in the park, and supervise the relevant responsible persons to repair and maintain public equipment and facilities.
∎ Responsible for handling the emergency repair of public equipment and facilities and emergencies caused by abnormal operation of equipment and facilities, and timely eliminate equipment and facility failures.
∎ Responsible for inspecting the maintenance work in the public areas of the park, tracking the completion of inspection, and ensuring the quality of maintenance.
∎ Responsible for guiding and inspecting the cleaning and sanitation and environmental greening and beautification work in the park, and establishing and improving the effective operation process of quantitative management of cleaning and greening.
∎ Responsible for organizing regular group meetings, listening to opinions and reports, and timely inspection, summary and arrangement of work.
∎ Other tasks arranged by Department Head
