Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate sales for all the services in the field of Testing Business/Supplier Management / Social Compliance/ Certification / Training
∎ Visit the market and meet clients regularly
∎ Prepare annual and quarterly sales plan and formularize sales strategy
∎ Follow up and monitor sales activities and operations
∎ Analyze market demand and customize offering accordingly
∎ Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging customer network
∎ Generate revenues that will assist the organization to achieve the budget and go beyond
∎ Identify, create and retain customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Suitable candidate should have vast sales experience in the field of Testing Business/Supplier Management/ Social Compliance/ Certification / Training
∎ Soft skills: Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Good Decision Making Skills, Integrity, Positivity and should be eager to drive to excel
∎ Language proficiency: Well versed in both Bengali & English
∎ Computer literacy: Must be accustomed with using the MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Should be well in reporting and writing.
