Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferable in Education)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing yearly and monthly work plan.
∎ Supervise school and classroom activities and ensure the required support to respective teachers as well as the students.
∎ Support to prepare training module and facilitate monthly follow-up training for teachers.
∎ Ensure proper materials using in class to make the lesson easier and effective for the students.
∎ Support to assess students’ learning progress & keep record in a regular basis and ensure all the periodical and special exams.
∎ Conduct class minimum twice a month.
∎ Visit absent student’s home and take necessary action in favour of respective student’s regular schooling.
∎ Communicate with guardian, SMC members, community leaders, local Govt. school teacher and officials.
∎ Conduct Teachers, School Management Committee, Parents and other meeting as required.
∎ Ensure to update all documents in school and prepare reports timely.
∎ Ensure a child friendly learning environment and quality education in school.
∎ Ensure clean classroom, school premises and school toilets.
∎ Provide support to external visitor during their school visit if required.
∎ Keep liaison with other programme staffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Physical fitness for regular field visit
∎ Computer skill (preferable)
