রেস্টুরেন্টের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা।
কর্মীদের কাজের সমন্বয় ও দায়িত্ব বণ্টন করা।
গ্রাহকদের সর্বোত্তম সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
কর্মীদের উপস্থিতি ও কর্মদক্ষতা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
খাদ্যের গুণগত মান ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি নিশ্চিত করা।
গ্রাহকদের অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার সমাধান করা।
বিক্রয় ও স্টক ব্যবস্থাপনা তদারকি করা।
নতুন কর্মীদের প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা।
ক্যাশ ও বিলিং কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
রেস্টুরেন্টের পরিচ্ছন্ন ও নিরাপদ পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
