Responsibilities & Context:
গ্রাহকের অর্ডার অনুযায়ী রেস্টুরেন্টের ভেতরে পার্সেল প্রস্তুত, প্যাকেট ও বিতরণ করা।
খাবারের গুণগত মান ও সঠিকতা নিশ্চিত করা।
পার্সেল অর্ডার গ্রাহকের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা।
ডেলিভারি অর্ডার প্রস্তুত করতে সহায়তা করা।
পার্সেল কাউন্টার পরিষ্কার ও গোছানো রাখা।
গ্রাহকদের সাথে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ করা।
অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বিলিং প্রক্রিয়ায় সহায়তা করা।
খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী রান্নাঘর ও সার্ভিস টিমকে সহায়তা করা।
