∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and visit plan focusing monthly targets of the ongoing project
∎ Achieve the monthly targets throughout the planned activities and work plan
∎ Community mobilization and selected the preferable sports player.
∎ Forming different sport groups and update properly.
∎ Forming different community-based groups and conduct sessions regularly.
∎ Conduct different awareness and create positive environment among Rohingya and Host community on sports.
∎ Regular visit project implementing areas and meet with selected beneficiaries.
∎ Assist to trainers for preparing the sports field and Mobile Sports Library activities.
∎ Assist to Project Coordinator for arranging different sports related events.
∎ Assist to Project Coordinator for smooth completion the procurement related tasks.
∎ Maintain Project documentation properly and safe place.
∎ Report to line manager about daily project activities and field situation.
∎ Facilitating different supports to the community on behalf of Friendship during the time of the emergency
∎ Supervising any construction works in the project areas
∎ Regular monitoring the project assets/infrastructure at community level.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of project related logistics, assets and project store
∎ Maintaining a good rapport with community leaders, civil society members both Host and Rohingya
Additional Requirements:
∎ Providing relevant inputs/ data for the preparation of the monthly / quarterly reports
∎ Working with multi-disciplinary team and have capacity to maintain supportive network with Local Govt., NGOs and others.
∎ Establishing and maintaining liaison with different government and non-government officials and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Basic computer skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Good communication skills
