Job Context:
∎ The Supervisor-CBESP is responsible for oversight following:
∎ Implement the CBESP related works as per policy at field level.
∎ Monitoring and supervising all the sponsor children.
∎ Submitting report and bill to the respected authority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Monthly Plan of Action
∎ Accomplish the Field work according to the monthly plan of action.
∎ Ensure the greetings letter, response letter, and half yearly and yearly letters and accomplish the activities as required by the sponsorship program.
∎ Distributed the food and tuition among the sponsored children’s and submit the master roll at office.
∎ Ensure visit children’s family within three months and fill up the family visit card of children’s.
∎ Ensure the educational support to the students and keep them regular monitoring.
∎ Ensure photography of the students in the program.
∎ Monitor the teacher cum volunteers about their activities.
∎ Ensure the children about aim of the CBESP and its purpose.
∎ To inform the coordinator any kind of complication happens during field work.
∎ Updated all students data and fill up registered (class, present address, Mobile Number and any other comments)
∎ Ensure and follow guideline of procurement policy to purchase CBESP support materials to distribute among the children’s.
∎ Ensure the religious class by the pastor in each tuition centers.
∎ Submitted the requisition dated on 1st day in every month to finance department.
∎ Prepare monthly reports and submit to the respective authority.
∎ Perform any other task as given on behalf of organization and respected authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates who have minimum one year experience to work in a filed level of any NGO as a Supervisor will get preference.
∎ Age will be relaxed for experience candidates.
∎ The candidates should have mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ The candidates should be honest, hard worker and Non-Smoker.
Salary: Tk. 11000 - 13000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
