Experience:

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)

• Project Development

• Candidates must have knowledge on Agriculture. Diploma in agriculture is highly preferable

• 4 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 55 years

• Prepare work plan with Project Manager and other relevant personnel.

• Assist in identifying training needs for the implementing staff, Communities as well as the target (Beneficiaries).

• Prepare the sessions and training module, schedule, and the entire plan.

• Conduct training and sessions on new agriculture technologies for the selected beneficiaries.

• Conduct IGA, Health, and Mitigation trainings for the selected beneficiaries.

• Prepare and submit monthly compilation report to the project manager.

• Should have soft copy for all the documents.

• Over sees the project activities mainly agriculture and constructions areas and help other.

• Organize calendar with the important events of the month for the project.

• Build up good relationships with your coworkers, and target beneficiaries along with the community people, leaders & elite persons.

• Assist your supervisor whenever required.

• Ensure all the records are updated.

• Ensure according to the plan all the activities have been implemented in the field level especially agriculture demonstration plot set up, vermin compost, year-round vegetable garden, etc. And in construction especially tub well, sanitary latrine, rising public pathway, and clusters and tree plantation and protection.

• Provide need-based training to the field staff.

• Establish networking with GO\NGOs of Bangladesh mainly on training agriculture activities and construction and as per needed.

• Take full responsibility and good maintenance of assigned Motorcycle.

• Protect ADRA Bangladesh assets in the assigned area.

• Carry out responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager.

• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/ authority
