Experience:
Identify new business opportunities from existing & potential customers and prepare solutions & pricing with General Manager to drive new business development.
Establishes productive, professional relationship with the existing & new Japanese customers.
Prepare MBR (Monthly Business Review) & QBR (Quarterly Business Review) report to ensure excellent level of account management with external & internal customers.
Handle and solve claims and complaints from the assigned accounts through in-depth analyzing and investigation.
New business implementation with relative countries and dept. Compilation and maintenance of SOPs in timely manner.
Strictly follow up company credit policy, monitor sales activities and collect the outstanding accounts.
Ensure to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and etc.
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Convert customer forecast volume into internal format to secure capacity plan in advance
Lead customer RFQs and closely work with Product Management to provide business insight
Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the Japanese management.
Find & develop qualified leads then convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers. Continuously keep the sales pipeline full with deals at various types and stages, including fresh/new (qualified) leads/introductions, mid and late stage sales life cycle targets. The ideal sales pipeline will always be full with a wide variety of account types, company sizes, diversified industries, transactional vs. strategic business and services offered.
Engages prospects and customers to present the company s services, always furthering relationships up the value continuum towards the advisory (value added role). Advocates for both the company and the customer, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships.
Performs regular (daily) visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company s revenue, market share and profitability. Builds relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations.
