Job Description & Responsibilities:

An International Freight Forwarding company is looking for some Result oriented, Dynamic & Experienced individuals for its Freight Forwarding wings in Dhaka & Chittagong offices. Successful candidates are expected to work with the existing sales team in playing a vital role to drive volume growth.

• Develop and Implement Strategic plans to target Export-Import businesses and generate leads

• Create a pipeline of qualified prospects according to organization objectives

• Planning for achievement of monthly or annual targets with revenues, based on individual’s capability

• Conduct/Organize regular sales visits by planning for commodity and trade lane wise market coverage

• Maintain systematic updates of Customer details on regular basis (i.e. competition, prospects, leads)

• Candidate having Potential & Corporate client base, will get the preference

• Exchange quality sales leads with an overseas network

• Actively engage with Export-Import companies through various channels including cold calling, networking events, industry associations, and online platforms.

• Build and Maintain strong relationships with Clients, understanding their specific logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Present Sales Proposals, Quotations, and Presentations to prospective clients.

• Focus on Network Development by promoting the organization through various network channel e,g-JC trans, WCA etc.
