Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations in embroidery and finishing sections, including cutting, stitching, and packaging.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor worker performance, attendance, and discipline.
Inspect embroidered designs and finished products for accuracy and consistency.
Identify and report any machine or process issues to the maintenance team promptly.
Maintain daily production reports and ensure proper workflow management.
Uphold a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Guide and train team members to enhance productivity and product quality.
