Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Bachelorʼs degree in Civil Engineering/ EEE or any relevant field from a reputed university.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Minimum 1-2 years proven working experience as an Architect in any reputed architectural/ construction firm.

• Experienced in the working on electrical and plumbing area/line.

• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.

• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

• Some Knowledge of drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).

• Communication and project management skills.

• Willingness to work extended hours as required.

Job Summary: Sub Assistant Engineer (Civil) who is proactive, skilled, innovative as well as creative and have gained some experience for working on its various building projects, which includes building educational institutions health clinics and hospital and also its own offices in different district of Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Plan, design, and develop of civil engineering work.

• Prepare estimates, bills of quantities, and cost analysis.

• Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

• Ensure quality of construction materials.

• Ensure work of construction, repair, and maintenance.

• Maintain records of work progress, measurements, and documents.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

• Perform all kind of electric and plumbing work.

• Prepare regular progress report to the authority.

• Coordinate all concerned who are relevant to jobs.

• Support to purchase goods and services.

• Perform any other duties assigned by senior engineers or authority.

Job Location: Dhaka, and travel outside Dhaka if required.
