Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit target places and source potential shop to take rent as per our criteria.
∎ Initial negotiation with shop owner base on market rent price & submit site survey reports to superior.
∎ Agreement draft correction and agreement signature.
∎ Shop handover to our decoration team and followup day to day progress until ready to start sale.
∎ Preserve agreement and maintain terms and conditions.
∎ Keep positive relationship with shop owners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Should have experience motor cycle driving with motor driving license.
∎ Market analysis/surveying power to set location & sales projection target.
∎ Knowledge of potential places all over the country to expand our business.
∎ Excellent communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
