Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide counselling to prospective Postgraduate Diploma students, offering clear information on courses, admission requirements, and related matters.
- Support enrolled students with guidance for online study, including the use of the LMS, mobile application, and Zoom classes.
- Manage student enrolment processes, such as online fee payments, registration, and the delivery of study materials.
- Administer examinations, including the release of results and the issuing of both digital certificates with QR codes and printed certificates.
- Engage with current and prospective students through social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
