∎ Skills & Expertise: Computer Literacy, Fluency in English speaking and writing, Tech Savvy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel students regarding any issue or query of studying abroad
∎ Counselor should have Positive helping attitude towards all clients
∎ Mostly working with UK/Europe Based.
∎ Will be playing key roles in client’s understanding of study queries and other opportunities in abroad
∎ Handling a high volume of student visa related matters.
∎ Convince to clients with motivational capability.
∎ The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capability
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
∎ Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required.
∎ Carryout the marketing promotions both offline & online
∎ Support and be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar.
∎ Perform any task assigned by the management
