1. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in student counseling or educational consultancy

2. Fluent English communication (spoken & written) with professional presentation skills

3. In-depth knowledge of study destinations, admissions, and visa processes, including:

   • UK, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand

   • Europe: Hungary, Cyprus, Ireland, Spain, Italy

4. Ability to counsel and influence:

   • Students and parents/guardians

   • International institutions and partners

5. Strong capability to lead and mentor the study abroad team, ensuring service quality and target achievement

6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and working familiarity with CRM systems

7. Solid understanding of:

   • Student profiling & eligibility assessment

   • Course selection and country suitability mapping

8. Practical experience with:

   • Offer letter processing

   • SOP review and document verification

   • Application tracking and follow-ups

9. Proven ability to build and manage B2B relationships with foreign universities, agents, and portal partners
