Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor`s degree with O/A level Background /IELTS Score at least 6.5 (preferred)

• At least 3 years

• 3 years of experience in Student Counseling, Visa Processing, or Education Consultancy

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English (spoken and written).

• Good knowledge of visa processes for Canada, UK, New Zealand, USA, Australia & Europe.

• Proficient in MS Office, XL, CRM and comfortable handling formal emails.

• Confident, well-groomed, and able to work under pressure.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn

• Proficiency in Student Counseling, Educational Consulting, and Career Counseling

• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Education sector trends and opportunities

• Organizational and problem-solving skills to address student needs effectively

• Experience working in educational environments or a similar role is a plus

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Dhanmondi. The Educational Counselor will assist and guide students in making educational and career decisions. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing educational consulting, offering career counseling, and offering valuable insights to align student goals with suitable educational opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills to connect effectively with students and stakeholders.
