• Provide accurate information on visa procedures, documentation, eligibility, and requirements.
• Advise students/clients on the most suitable visa options based on their profile and purpose (study, work, travel, migration).
• Help prepare, review, and submit visa applications.
• Ensure all required documents (financial, academic, employment, identity) are complete and correctly presented.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy rules, immigration laws, and visa policies.
• Assist clients in filling out forms, scheduling appointments, and preparing for visa interviews.
• Provide regular updates on application status and address client queries promptly.
• Offer pre-departure guidance (travel, accommodation, compliance with visa conditions).
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and immigration authorities when required.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders (universities, consultants, travel agencies).
