Experience:
Essential: Minimum Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or, equivalent degree.
Desirable: Any degree/ diploma/ training in warehouse management.
Essential:
Fluency in English and Bangla language.
Basic mathematics and use of measuring equipment.
Computer literacy (Word and Excel).

Job Context: Executing the stock management activities (receipt, storage, and issuance to projects or other departments of medical supplies, food items, spare parts, tools, equipment and/ or other logistics materials), according to the line manager’s instructions and MSF standards and protocols, in order to ensure the overall functioning of MSF activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Executing all kinds of regular/urgent movements of items/products in warehouse - Medical, Logistic, HepC and EPREP (Medical & Logistic) and shall take responsilities as a focal point of each stock within the time period set by Warehouse Supervisor.
Ensure correct and timely encoding/processing of all Incoming Shipments, Delivery Orders, Picking, Packing & Shipment in UniField (ERP), under the supervision of Warehouse Supervisor.
Ensure regular update of IR Follow-up Tracker in SharePoint.
Sharing the delivery report of JMS Monthly Medical Order, Hep-C weekly & Bi-weekly orders and HMS Bi-monthly Medical Order soon after delivery.
Ensure pre-shipment notification to the consignees through communication channels which is already established by Supply department.
Ensure immediate notification of any local purchase reception in warehouse to the procurement team.
Ensure on-time archiving of all warehouse documents related to regular activities.
Monthly segregation of expired drug / sharp & glass waste / lab waste according to mission requirement.
Physically moving with deliveries to destination location and ensuring proper delivery of the items (Can be negotiated considering importance/volume of shipment)
Going to other internal/external partners to collect/deliver donation/loan.
Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents based on Health Care Policy- Locally Hired Staff (LHS).
Salary is not negotiable. Income tax deduction from salary will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.
There are no provisions for relocation.
