Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of all incoming goods and materials.
∎ Maintain an organized storage area and ensure safe and hygienic storage practices.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.
∎ Record all stock movements (inbound and outbound) using inventory management software.
∎ Issue supplies to departments based on approved requisitions, ensuring proper documentation and stock control.
∎ Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid overstocking or stock outs; initiate timely reorder requests.
∎ Conduct routine stock audits and physical inventory checks; reconcile discrepancies with records.
∎ Maintain accurate stock registers, and purchase records.
∎ Coordinate with the purchasing department for delivery follow-ups and vendor communications.
∎ Ensure all perishable items are stored at the correct temperature and used before expiry.
∎ Comply with health and safety regulations, especially in storing chemicals, and fragile items.
∎ Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly inventory and consumption reports to management.
∎ Prevent misuse, theft, or damage of store items by enforcing strict stock control measures.
∎ Report immediately regarding any adverse situation.
∎ Perform all other related duties.

∎ We are looking for Store Keeper for Sylhet Imperial Hospital Ltd. with at least 2-3 years proven experiences in Store Keeper (Hospital).
