Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• BSc in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from reputed University.

• Diploma in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Skills & Expertise: Hospital maintenance
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in concerned field.
• Proven experience in managing hospital maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.

• Candidate should be capability to solve the any electrical and electronic machine modification / breakdown / troubleshooting works of Generator, Compressor etc.

• Keep record of utility cost, servicing & budgeting of projects, quality check etc. to ensure proper operation.

• Keep contact with Govt. bodies to ensure proper supply of utility services.

• Responsible for LEED environmental issues and provide update in respective module.

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental protocols are followed on-site, implementing best practices to minimize risk and ensure worker safety.

• Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.

• Excellent communication skill to work with consultants of the project.
